Product Overview

The LumeaPump GB Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump is designed for accurate and reliable dosing, metering, and chemical transfer applications.

The pump operates through the reciprocating movement of a diaphragm, which changes the volume of the pump chamber while one-way valves control the direction of liquid flow. This design provides reliable metering performance while keeping the pumped medium isolated from the mechanical drive components.

Compared with conventional plunger metering pumps, the diaphragm design provides excellent sealing performance and virtually leak-free operation, making the GB Series particularly suitable for handling chemicals, acids, alkalis, treatment agents, and other process liquids.

The GB Series features a lightweight cast-aluminum housing, durable transmission mechanism, adjustable flow control, and multiple liquid-end material options including PVC, PTFE, SUS304, and SUS316.

With capacities up to 1800 L/h and operating pressures up to 0.6 MPa, the GB Series provides a practical and cost-effective solution for water treatment, chemical dosing, industrial processing, and general metering applications.
